Refund policy
At Ethnic Bee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not, please follow the below process for initiating return and exchange of your order.
Free Exchange
Exchange is possible only if the query is raised within 3 Days of receiving the product. You can exchange the same product for a different size or color. If the replacement products is unavailable on our website, customers may choose another item of the same value or pay the difference for a higher value product. While requesting, kindly mention your Order ID and clearly specify the product you’d like to receive in exchange along with the preferred size and color. To request an exchange, kindly email us at hello.ethnicbee@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process:

We will arrange a pickup of the delivered product within 1–2 days of receiving your email.

The product must be unused and unworn, and the exchange request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Once the product is picked up, it will undergo a quality check.

If the product passes the quality check, we will dispatch your requested exchange piece.

The complete exchange process may take 7–10 days.

We do not accept exchange requests for any product that has already been exchanged once.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product delivered, you must raise a return request within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

We will arrange a pickup from your location.

In case of a return, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account after deducting the shipping charges.

The deducted shipping charge will be approximately ₹300, which includes both the original shipping to you and the reverse pickup from your address to our warehouse.

The refund will be processed within 3–7 working days after we receive the returned product and it clears the quality check.
- If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same product back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving the return package from the customer.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ethnic Bee and accepts Ethnic Bee’s decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not.

General instructions for Exchange/Return in Chikankari and Aari
- We shall not be deemed for Return for any small issues such as thread underneath the reversible side. Since in Chikankari embroidery threads are slightly long and are not cut too short to ensure that embroidery is protected.
- The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are a natural outcome of human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motifs/ threads will not be liable under the exchange/return policy.

Slight color differentiation may occur due to variations in camera resolution, lighting, and screen settings.
Cancellation Policy
COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel the order, please write us on hello.ethnicbee@gmail.com. Prepaid orders can only be canceled before they have left our warehouse. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
